Need advice on selling car
This forum is the biggest and best group of 914 buffs that I have found. I posted a for sale item on Saturday and it has since been deleted. Evidently I violated some rule about which I am unfamiliar.
What is the best way(s) to sell a 914? BTW, I am located in east TN. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks |

I posted in this forum thinking that parts meant parts. I see now that there are some whole cars offered there.
I would still appreciate any advice about other marketing methods. |

Thanks for the advice guys. I already had renlist but had not thought of 914club. Now to see if it will sell. I've got a new Cooper S on order and can't really handle two toys.

Please put 914s for sale and wanted, and 914 parts for sale and wanted, in the "Porsche 914 Used Parts For Sale & Wanted" forum.
Thank you. --DD

Listing a car for sale in the local newspaper here also gets you a listing on cars.com. As a website, cars.com naturally gets local/national/worldwide coverage and allows users to search via make, model, year, price, location, etc.
Your local paper may have a similar arrangement w/cars.com. Give 'em a call. I personally decided to never sell a toy again after selling a '68 mahogany-bodied Telecaster about ten years ago . . . *sniff* Good luck, Mark |
