Another D*** fuel pump ???

Ok, is it possible and if so ho wouldI make a new wire coming from the fuel pump relay to the fuel pump?I have checked everything and still am not getting power to the red/black wire for the fuel pump.

What fuel system is on your 914? D-jet, L-jet, or carbs?

If D-jet, there are two really good diagnostic procedures (one written, http://www.914fan.net/fuelpump.html ; one flowchart at http://members.rennlist.com/pbanders ) that you should follow.

If L-jet, check the "dual relay" on the relay board and the connections at the air flow meter.

If carbs, you have to figure out how the person who did the carb conversion ran the fuel pump power.
