No Spark?

I have just installed a new coil aftermarket and installed new condenser, points, plug wires, and spark plugs.

I tested the positive terminal of the coil with switch on at 12.xx.
Tested the negative terminal of the coil with points closed at 12.xx and with points open at 12.xx. What should this be for each position? I thought it should be 12 then 0.

Removed the center terminal of the distributor and placing the lead close to the fan housing while someone turns over the engine and no spark.

Are there any other tests that I can do to determine the problem?

I have checked the wiring harness with a voltage meter and all seems good. Are there any fuses I might check?

Thanks in advance,
Scott

I found the issue with the spark. After reviewing the forums and doing a little tests the new points where bad.
