I need help diagnosing the problem with my 73 914 2.0. The pistons and cylinders are frozen due to what I think is some type of debris in the actual engine. I need to take the heads off, and take it apart and manually inspect it. problem is, my knowekedge is not up to spec when it comes to dropping out the engine and doing this. Anyone in Seattle want to have a few beers and look this car over with me?

You might check out the "Bug Me" video series. They have a video of a type IV teardown, but I don't remember if it shows the removal from the car itself. Good luck.

No, it does not show removal of the engine. It starts with the engine on a stand already.
