I have read it a few times, and just get more confused. As it stands now, I don't think anything happens at the first notch except for raising the light lids. The second notch turns on all lights. Doesn't sound right; does it?

BTW, this is a 1970, if that matters.

I'm seeing the following differences:

Position 1 (half way) 30-30b changes to 30-58L,58R,K,57
15 and 56 are open


Position 2 (full) 30 no longer connected to 57
15 to 56
