oil breather hoses

My breather hoses keep getting condensation in which drips back into the heads. I have a t-stat running etc.
What would happen if i just left the hoses off....would oil spill out on high G corners?
Not really bothered if it just makes the engine bay a bit messy....Thanks Sey

Even just driving down the road, you'd get oil spray all over your engine bay. And on sweepers, yes you would dump oil out of the vent tube. I've seen an autocross car with a cracked hose on the head vent tube. He managed to drip a decent-sized puddle after one run out on the course....
