Hey all. I'd really like some advice on repairing a cracked dashboard. I've thought of filling in the cracks and glueing a new vinyl cover to it (if this is even possible) but, I'd like to know what anyone else has tried before I attempt this.

A few companies sell vinyl dash covers which you glue into place. I have one, ready to install in my 1971. Haven't put it in yet (Mechanical work first). I plan to fill and smooth my Dash first.
Or for $25.00, you can get a felt cover. I have one of those installed on my 914/6, to keep the Dash in good condition. James
