Speedometer Help

I was trying to fix the odometer and i accidentally dropped the silly thing as i was taking the gears out! anyway the face plate popped the needle out and the coil spring has now been expanded and stretched (I dont know if its supposeed to be like that or not) Now i cant get the needle back in or any idea how to set the spring up. I was checking the PP guide for this and i dont understand it on recalibration. If you can Help please email me with better instructions eat_um_up@msn.com.
I also just fixed the odometer in my spare 150mph speedo. but according to the calibration test (also in the PP guide) its reading under. It gets to a mile in 45 seconds.

so I have two options.. if someone could help me reassemble the needle or reclibrate the other speedo i would be most greadtful.
Or if someone is willing to trade for a 120 mph speedo i would be greatful. Ill give you both speedos for it. My car is a 72 and i just like the 120 speedo better

Thanks

James
