easiest way to remove trailing arm bushings?

is burning them out the easiest and best way? anyone else have a better method?

great setup. I didn't have a gear puller handy so I just burned them out and stunk up the place.

Bring your control arms to my PA shop and I will do them for a 12 pack of Pepsi.

It takes me about 30 minutes with the proper press and tools.

Dont burn them.. I have watched the Discovery channel program on the great fire of San Fran too many times.

BRM9148, thanks for the offer, but I already burned them out, job is done. stunk up the house fairly well, but nothing caught on fire.
