Wide Body 914 History

Hi, I’m looking for any information on this Wide Body 914,
When was it built?
What engine is in it?
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I was told it was an Autocross car and I’m curious what HP the engine would need to be to turn the massive tires on the rear with any kind of performance? It was setup with dual downdraft Dellortos. The fiberglass flares are really thick not like the add on flares I’ve seen before. It has a nice vintage Ansa dual exhaust that is in very good condition.
The paint scheme is yellow and black. Looks like a bumblebee. Hard to miss it.
