Rear end rattle
Ive got a rear end rattle that shows up on rough roads that sounds like a loose shock. My mech tells me that it's swaybar bushings. Does that sound right? Are these tough to install
with ramps/jacks?

Could be them. Not that hard to install, except for the ones on the drop-links.
Getting them into the drop-links was a pain in the tookas. A vise and a "persuader" screwdriver were what I used, and it did not look pretty... But they did eventually go in. I used a bar-clamp to install the drop-link, but it was awkward. Hold one end of the clamp onto the end of the ball stud with one hand, hold the other end of the clamp on the back side of the bushing with the other hand, tighten the clamp with that third hand... Uhhh... I did say it was awkward, right? I would probably see if one of those "squeeze the handle" bar clamps would work if I tried it again. I put one wheel up in the air and left the other on the ground. Then I jacked on the wheel that was in the air to get the ball stud and bushing lined up correctly. Sigh! At least the bushings on the brackets on the body were easy. --DD
