dash to windshield seal
Can the dash to windshield seal be replaced without having to remove the windshield? The new one looks as though it has a metal channel that you just press onto something.

if you are refering to the bottom seal, cowl to windshield, this can only be replaced with the windshield removed. use caution, old glass can be very brittle and unforgiving during removal. it is a good time to check for hidden rust and a good clean up.

I know this sounds like I have Brass balls that clank, But I put a new one on with the wind shield in, I did it very carefully there is a lip that runs all the way across from left to right that the seal slips over or the lip slips in between. Maybe God just smiled on me that day, but it worked for me.
