Be careful with the jack stands on that wood floor. They may leave marks. Is that the lost 914 Piano that I have heard about in the background? Did you buy it from AA on Ebay?

Boy does that look familiar. I'm damn glad to have a decent garage now. Having about 1/2 a 911 and 1/2 a 914 in the dining room at our old place really did not go over well with the wife. Now the garage is my domain; she doesn't park in there and basically doesn't even go in...woohoo!

I keep the car in the basement. No the body is in the garage.
My father-in-law told me a story of a guy in his neighborhood that rebuilt/restored a car piece-by-piece in his basement. Nothing to do in the winters up in Boston I guess. Then he disassembled it and reassembled it again outside in the spring/summer. The funniest part is when he fired up his newly rebuilt bigblock engine (with only manififolds) in the basement on Turkey Day and scared the SH_T out of his family sitting upstairs at the table. Regards, Karl

Karl, you must be single! I haven't met a chick yet that would put up with that in the living room.
