wiper and horn kerput
Cant seem to get the wipers, horn or wind screen defrost blower to work. Checked the relay behind the fuse panel and the relay is fine. Checked all fuses on fuse panel and they seem to be fine. Is there a common wire or connection I could check. Also cant get dash lights, High beam indicator, and directional indicator to light up.

Check the wiring diagrams. Haynes has B&W ones, while we have the color ones available elsewhere on this site.

I had the same problem on my 73' and the relay I replaced to fix it did not coincide with the relay the Haynes manual diagram said it should be. You might try one of the relays next to the one you tried, that didn't work. That's how everything came back to life in mine!
