back pad
I keep seeing this back pad on evil-bay, what year is it from or is it from a teener.

looks like just the middle section from between the w seats??? little cutout may be for the interior light. back pad goes all the way-door to door

It is the center section only w/ the two pieces tht go behind the seats removed.

Yup. From a 72+ car with the moveable passenger seat. I don't think it will work on a 70-71, as the backpad on that had the passenger seat back integrated into it. Could be that the center section was the same, but....
The hole is for the interior light. --DD

could something like this be used with race seats that normaly wouldn't fit with the backpad in?

If racing seats hit with the full back pad, they would probably hit the center section also. If you want to run racing seats the hot set up is to remove the backpad and carpet the rear firewall. Either that or buy racing seats that fit. Renegade hybrids sells a racing seat that is built up from a stock seat and they will fit with the back pad. I think there are a couple others out there that fit also. They aint cheap.
