AA sport seats
Hi All -
Has anyone ever seen up close the large bolster seats that our pals in Georgia sell? I have two plans running through my fairly empty head right now. 1. Buy one of them and get the passenger seat re-upostered to match 2. I picked up a trashed extra seat this weekend and was going to try and extend the bolster area to replicate the GT seat using some bracketry a wood form and then fiberglassing everything together. Thoughts or insight? Thanks! Scott S

I haven't seen the AA seat, but your idea to reshape the stock shells is something I've considered before. One thing you may want to consider in reshaping the side bolster is the fit of the seatbelts. If the bolster gets too high the seatbelt won't fit you, unless you go with slots in the seat. Good luck.

Also check out the Renegade Hybrid seats that they (and we) sell. You can't get them without the logo stitching, but you can at least get the stitching in the same color as the seat fabric...

Hi Dave D -
Is it possible to get them so the bolsters are all vinyl and use a factory looking corderoy center upolstery? Then I could get just one and leave the passenger seat as is... Thanks! Scott S

Probably... Give one of the guys in Sales, or maybe Don, a call and ask. I recall that Renegade will do the seats in pretty much any fabric, though some cost more.
