I have the same bar in my car. Just unscrew the end of the harness bar and slip the OE bracket over the threaded part.

I had the same bar in my last car too -- the shoulder belt mount fit OK except it had to be at an angle somewhat.

I got a slightly longer grade 8 bolt at my FLAPS (was surprised they had it). Ran the bolt thru the belt hoop then the harness bar tab and then into the hole. Wrench access wasn't so easy with the seats already in, but the parts fit just fine.
