What's this 914 worth?

1972 Porsche 914 2.0 PCA/PCR race car class I. Orange/black. Built to Porsche Club Racing (PCR) rules as a “prepared” car running in class I with a current logbook. Six races: one win, two thirds and three fourths with no DNFs. Never been wrecked. All receipts since 1992. Ballasted to minimum 2,135 weight. Car is also street legal. Engine and transmission professionally rebuilt. Fuchs wheels, many upgrades. $10,000. Go to http://www.bahrfamily.net/~david/ for more details and pictures.

Trouble is, Bruce, that you'll always be right behind a yellow one. The yellow ones are faster, I've heard.

David,

no, no.... no...
You can't sell the orange car..
I'm building an orange car so that I can come back out to pueblo and play....

The spec car will be fun thoughh.....

P.S. If anybody is interested.. this is a very well sorted and quick car... I ought to know, I was beaten by it.

This is really close to the line... It is much more appropriate for the "914s for sale" forum, not for this one.
