DFW area swap meet
This Saturday, March1, is a Maverick PCA region swap meet in the DFW, TX area.

hmmmm ........glad I heard about this! Will have to try to get there, if the pregnant and nearly due wife will let me go that far away from home! Hopefully she will let me .........

Since we are looking to have a decent turnout (I know of 4 others plus the 911 board people not listed here), how about a Pelican meet at a restaurant after looking around at parts?

Oh it ain't that bad, I'm at work in Dallas. I'm going to the swap meet, if my son's soccer game doesn't interfere. It might be kinda' cool to have a get together.

Good Idea. I think i'll load up Need for Speed and go.
IHOP is ok with me, breakfast or lunch 24hrs a day.

From my experiences at swap meets here in CA, I would suggest 11:30 or later as a "get together" time. At least, if you want anyone who is selling stuff to show up...

Count my son and I in.

Ok, lets make it 11:30 for lunch and give me more ideas for a place - I will do a little more research on that as well.
More updates will follow. Barry - yep, it's the Jag wheel - 30 laps it is. I guess I need to do 30 laps around the kitchen, too, since that is a wooden mixing spoon for a shifter! |
