Is this the right one as I cannot acces it for love or money
Is this the only option I have to losses pivot bolt to loosen tension?

Basically I don’t have the image (bolt) in the howto

Just an update I’ve moved the tension rods to slacken it but it’s not enough and the ac compressor is not knocking on the underside

Surely a alternator belt change shouldnt be this hard 😂🤣

Removing tension rod bolt doesn’t work either as it still knocks the underside

Help please

it looks like you have the "Sanden" compressor kit which is not original to the car.

your first photo looks like your AC bracket itself is non stock too.

this photo might help...

Your AC pivot should have bolt-head on back. Use open-end wrench to hold nut in front and loosen bolt from back with ratchet/socket.

Loosen pivot-bolts at both ends of tension-rod.
Then loosen lock-nuts at end of tension-rod (one is right-hand thread, other is left-hand thread).
Rotate tension-rod middle section to lengthen rod to increase belt-tension to proper spec.
Tighten tension-rod lock-nuts.

Tighten tension-rod pivot-bolts.
Tighten AC pivot-bolt.
