Hershey Rollcall- Watercoolers going?
Is anyone going to Hershey this year? I'm heading out US36 from Springfield, IL to Indy, I-70 East from Indy to Harrisburg.. Depart early Fri AM (about 5 am) for an arrival Fri early evening and staying in Harrisburg. I checked the room rates yesterday and they have TRIPLED in Hershey since I placed my Reservations in mid-March.
Caravan anyone???

Damn finals... Who puts the finals the weekend after Hershey anyway? Who did this? Pfffft!!
I won't be there  Its ok tho, I'd be spending money I don't have... Frank - Will you buy me something (17" twists would be nice)

I may not be able to go. My wife is in Vegas for work this entire week, gets back Saturday AM, Kids have things that I have to provide Chauffer service for.
I really wanted to go, I need a Radiator, and I wanted to pick up a few odd things, like Maybe Porsche Golf Balls, or something stupid like that. Frank B

Finals got me down too...
I have to replace timing/balanceshaft belts, work, go to school, write a (7 page) research paper for one of my finals, study for others, replace an oil pan gasket by thursday. Seeing as how it's 3:15 right now, and my day starts in about 3.5 hours... It'll be close, I may or may not go. I guess "see you there"... Ahmet

unfortunately, a new "toy" coupled with bad timing means that our plans were sketchy. and now it looks like that didn't matter because now we have a funeral to go to

well don't worry about it. it's actually my wife's great uncle. he was pretty riddled with cancer and unfortunately his days were numbered for quite a while now. last time i saw him was on christmas and he wasn't totally coherent back then
our new toy acquisition also killed the 944 budget for hershey. i'm going to try to keep expenditures low this year. our 9044 is running fine other than a few gremlins. only thing in the plan for another 12 months will be Koni adjustables in the rear and maybe heavier springs up front. i've been lurking around these boards, just been super busy and haven't had much time to post anything. maybe when summer comes i'll have more time to hang around here obin
