Well, I was planning on getting a license first, then turning it into an international license... And that's totally fine, it's just that the trip costs a lot, and I have school, which I'd have to miss for at least a week in order to pursue this, but it should work...

I've never gotten anything in a residential area, OR a school zone, or the like, they've always been on highways... (Mostly speeding, but also hanging the tail out, in the city, for example at a protected left, onto a 3/4 lane road)...
