JXR944 "after" photo
I hope it works this time (upload that is.) Getting ready to roll back into garage and put up on blocks to complete reassembly, motor and drive train install, etc.

Looks like it is going to be a sharp car when it is finished.

That car is goint to look very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What year is it? and what paint color did you use? It almost looks like the silver on that 356 you showed us in the other thread.... Here is my 944 painted in Artic Silver.

Keep it up guys, I need all the encouragement I can get. Looks aren't everything though, until I hear it running, it's just an expensive seat.
Color is diamond silver metallic. Body was stripped of all interior and exterior trim and accessories but not to bare metal. ae1969 - it's an '86 n/a. your car looks great with those wheels, that's the look I had in mind. Last edited by caper; 05-02-2003 at 08:58 AM.. |

there something up with the suspension? the front wheel looks odd to me

The photo was taken just after I got the car from the paint shop. Bumpers and front valance were installed at paint shop. No motor, drive axles, transmission, radiator, etc., in the car in this photo, (no weight on the suspension, it's sitting a lot lower now. I have been taking measurements and the front wheels/suspension seem within specs. Time will tell in that department.
The headlight lids were painted on the car and I took them off along with all the linkage before the photo was taken. I'll try and take a better set of photos and do a better photo post when I figure out how to better uploads. |

Also, the steering wheel was turned a bit to the right when, that's why the wheel looks a bit turned.
