I am putting an LSD in my n/a (non-LSD) transmission. I am wondering if I need anything other then the differential and carrier. Quaife said that I need a bolt-on type pump drive gear from a limited slip vehicle. I copied that off the website. What exactly is that??? And roughly how much would that cost?

You may be better off (cheaper) just to pick up a used 944 LSD tranny.
Not that hard to find one on an 85.5 or later model AFJuvat

Well, if interested, I have the side cover, oil pump, drive gear, rear main carrier housing and oil cooler if interested.

I bought my complete lsd trans from an 88 donor car after mine, er...uh, had a foot/clutch incident. Entire unit was 1k shipped and I put it in with a friend- pretty straight foward job.
