Mystery option code

Was looking at the original bill of sale from the dealer from my old '84 944n/a and noticed a $2810.00 addition for an "Option Group H39". I have looked everywhere on the net, literature, even asked the local dealership here. Anyone know what this might mean???

Happy Thanksgiving; talk to you after the weekend.

Johnny

shaun, yes you have the stabilizer bars if you have option code 404. The star by option 404 in the table in the FAQ means that they were standard (meaning that it's not an option, all Turbos have them) on the Turbo, and optional on other models.

Question on the option codes. I bought my car used, and nowhere do I have the option codes listed...is there a way I can find out the options it came with?

Thanks

Lift the carpet in the trunk, and you should see option codes near the jack.

Oh, I've scoured the car for the codes, they're not around...wondering about other methods

Sorry Mideastmafia, no heated seats. I don't think that H39 was an option, but rather a "package". Even though it has all possible 1984 options, I don't see anything than accounts for an additional thousands of dollars. I've looked EVERYWHERE on the net, even called Porsche of North America. Nada.

BUT:
It had a very unusual color scheme. Black metallic with black leather and tan carpet, finished off with gold (yes, it was factory) fuchs wheels. But all of these are already broken down separately on the original bill of sale. Hmm.
