Fuchs Refinishing

I have fuchs that are polished. The spokes are polished but the background on them is painted red to match the color of the car. I'd like to take it back to black. I'd like to know if any of you have tried this and if so, I need some pointers. I used to hear about people that have done this all the time. Thanks.

You could do them by yourself with flat black paint, but Tweeks has a kit for i think 30 or 40 dollars to get it done right.

Garage
several people have recommended wurth spray paint. whatever the brand, if you look at new fuchs (i have as i just bought a pair of 16x9's!) the black is not flat at all. it's a medium black, in between a flat and a gloss.

i'd just paint the rims all black, but hey, that's just me.

My wheels look like the above picture except the back is red. The spokes are polished like the above. I want to paint the red part to back to black. Any suggestions, hints, or help?
