Changing faith

Hello all

I allways new this day was coming and today it has a freind has agreed to sell me his 1989 3.2 Carrera for just £8000 an offer i can't refuse so it's a sad day as the 944 has to go!!.
If any one in the UK is interested in her drop me a line i've put a few pics of her.
Thanx to every one one the board this truly is the best place to chat and learn about 944's and has saved me quite a few quid in garage bills and i will miss not being able to join in as before.
Of course i might still be around if i can't sell the 944!

Cheers all

Paul

Hmmmm all my photos are to large to post i'll take some lower res ones later.

A change in denomination isn't the same as a change in faith. While some of the sacraments may be different, your driving salvation is still ensured, as you remain a devout Dr. Porsche follower.
Congratulations on your new purchase, and when you do sell your 944 be sure to introduce us to the new devotee.

Well just because your becoming an air head doesn't mean you can't drop by once in a while... and lecture us on how much better you are than us!

Just kidding.

In all seriousness, congratulations. 911s are great cars, hope you have fun with it. Hell, it says PORSCHE on it, so it can't be that bad, ey?

At least he isn't driving a honduh..

don't listen to these guys; the 911 Carrera 3.2 is the closest thing to an attainable dream car to me. I would trade my 944 for one in a heartbeat, and I bet any of these (944NA) guys would to. Except maybe SoCal Driver.

I honestly would rather have a 944n/a over a 911! I am not a fan of MR cars and they don't really appeal to me. However, if the car were to say GTII or GTIII I wouldn't give the 944 a kick in the rear and say, "hello baby"

Angry

I think that the Porsche god is trying to tell me somthing as i got out of the 944 today the bracket that holds the door stop it opening to far lever thing ( I belive thats the technical term for it ) snapped off with a loud bang as the springy bit shot back into the door Doh!. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

I will still pop by hopfully though and i'll get a photo of the 911 posted just as soon as i can work out how to make my new fagled digital camera take smaller photos!

See ya

Paul
