Dyno Results
Well I got the Callaway dynoed today. I was running about 13lbs of boost and only hit 192whp and 202ft'lbs. About the same as a stock 951. I was also running pig rich and have a pretty dead turbo. Also had too much timing retard, however I learned very much on what needs to be done. After some more tuning and rebuilding the turbo i hope to hit around 250whp or more. I also want to get rid of the stock air box and get a descent exhaust made up. anyways I will post the graph and the video later this week.

Running the stock exhaust? Ouch, there's your biggest problem
Get a nice 2.5" or 3" mandrel bent system under there, a straight through muffler and a high flow cat, and you'll probably gain 20hp to the ground from that alone(much quicker spool up). Also getting rid of the stock air box will allow for a little quicker response from the turbo. Advancing your timing could of helped somewhat on your richness problem, and should of shown up as a few more ponies on the dyno. They didn't play with your timing?

You will definitely see an improvement with a better exhaust....
You should be pretty close to hitting the 250rwhp once you have worked through all the tuning.... As I recall Mark was running 15 psi....... he ran 18 psi but the turbo ran out of breath in the high rpms..... At what rpms did you hit those numbers?

Good news my turbo rebuild kit showed up today.
The exhaust isn't stock, The cat is hollow and I have a straight through muffler, but is all stock diameter. I plan on getting a 3in system made next spring, however there is no where around here that does mandrel bends AE: I hit peak power at about 4700rpm and torque at about 5200rpm. My low end power was killed by my bad turbo, wasn't spooling fast
