Window switch help......
1. A couple of days ago I pushed my window button on the drivers side (drivers window) and it felt "soft". Yesterday I pushed it and it went right inside the door.
Took it apart and saw that one of those clips that the actual button snaps into had broken. There are two clips - a smaller one on top and a bigger one on bottom. The button will snap in on top, but when I push on it, it won't stay. Anyone know any creative ways to keep the button stable? I'm guessing some Crazy Glue would work. I say this because if I have to change the button again, I'll just get the whole plastic piece that sits in the door, so glueing it for now may do, but I was curious if anyone had any other ideas? I'm guessing I'm going to have to buy the whole piece that fits in the door (the piece that also holds the side-mirrors adjustor) - any guess as to how much those are or does anyone have one they want to sell? 2. When I first got the car, the PO said when he had the window switches replaced, they messed it up and the passenger side switch was "opposite" (meaning "up" was down and "down" was up) and then he reversed it so the drivers side, passenger window switch did it, instead of the passenger being confused. When I took it apart I thought I could just flip the switch around, but the clips won't allow that - the button can only go one way. Why would the button be reversed? And how do I get it back to normal? Thanks all! 944S Boyeee

I think I've come up with a solution to the broken switch holder, but does anyone know how to reverse that one switch so it works right?
