I am having trouble with the release lever shaft. I have removed all but two of the bell housing bolts and I have removed the release lever retaining bolt. Now I am tackling the seized release lever shaft but its being a pain in the ass and not budging a bit. I might try a torch but I want to know if anyone has had this problem before and found a good salution.

I used a length of copper tubing that was larger in diamater then the rod. I then put the bolt with a few washers through the pipe, this created an extractor and it pulled the tube right out.
