Thumbs up Used 924 and 944 parts in the UK available

Sorry for the blatant advert.

I am breaking up a couple of 924 and a couple of 944 in the UK if anyone needs any spare parts.

My business is repairing Porsche as a independent Porsche specialist, breaking cars is just a method of keeping some hard to get spares available, so prices are cheaper than your average breaker in the UK.

All the best

I may well need a pair of stub axles (see car signature).

Also looking for decent pair of front seat back covers and passenger seat squab. Black with white pinstriping.

Possibly an uncracked early 85 dash too.

Prices?

The 944's currently breaking are all pre 1985.5

So I believe the sunroof actuator cable is different to the 86 turbo

I have a couple of pairs of 944 seats in black with white pinstripe for the pre 85.5 cars (where after 85 the pinstripe was narrower)

From memory the seats are in perfect condition complete, so I would rather not strip covers off them.

For parts enquiries, either leave a message here, or send an email to

parts at 9xx co uk

(you know what to do to make that email address work, we are just worried about spam bots)

Well, then how much for a pair of seats and would you take a brand new drivers seat sqab by way of some PX?

150 for a pair of good black with white pinstripe front seats, probably only knock off 25 for the squab (not a lot of call for them.

Stub axels. do you need them with or without hubs, bearings, disks, calipers?

All the best

Hmm. Well 150 sounds good providing there are no tears on the way - mine are only slightly tired with slight tear in passengers squab.
Probably I'd try and sell my squab (cost about 200 to have made three weeks back) to put towards the seats.

Stub axles (rear) just those - unless you sell the bearings (new) and seals kit. Porscheshop are quoting me 36 for the bearings and 8 per seal.

Somebody want to translate the LL's with $$'s? SHipping, I imagine, would be prohibitive overseas, though I did send a mate once some Yamaha parts (to the UK, that is).

New lifters there just as expensive??

Euro bumper would be about 50 (about $75 US), shipping would cost a fortune, unless you know someone flying from the UK to US who could take it as baggage then ship it across land once he gets to your side of the water.

I also have a pair of USA BIG bumpers for anyone with a careless parking problem ) Those are free to anyone interested in removing them ) They may make a good RSJ for anyone about to do some DIY!!
