I cleaned my engine, and got water on my tempurature guage curcuit somewhere. So, it thinks the engine is hot, but it is not. So, I would like to track it down to clean it up. Tell me if you know! Thanks!

Hi bro, the switches your looking for are on the left side of the engine towards the front.there are 2, they are both screwed into the block the font one adjacent to the #1 cyl is for the DME system and the rear sender between the #1 and #2 cyl is for the gauge, the sender that fits into the radiator is for the fans circuit, also if you have a 951 there is an additional sender this is in a metal coolant line from the turbo it turns on the cooling pump for your turbo if you have one. I would suggest that you remove every wire and put some Dielectric grease on them ...........Stan |
