Post Dead Cat! All better now

I discovered a big exhaust leak the other day. A weld was rusted out just in front of the cat. So.. out it went. Making the job easier was the cool rapms a friend and I built. His Corvette has basically the same wheelbase as my 944, so they work great. They add about a foot of clearance below the car. Makes everyhting a lot easier. We love having a welder! Heres the pics...

looks great! Is that SS......Can you weld Stainless to regular steel with a wire welder? Any noticable power increase??

Not stainless, just aluminized steel. But yes, you can weld stainless with my wire feed. (You do need to use a shielding gas)
REALLY noticeable power change. Lots more. Sounds really different, kinda raspy. I would have preffered if the sound did'nt change, but I guess it is ok. Sounds kinda ricey, but not too bad.
