One of the sponsors for the '44Cup here in the Southeast makes a similar product. Several cars run these with the spliter, and block off the fog lights.

I have one also....haven't installed it yet. just sitting in my laundry room waiting for me to paint it. Those aren't fog lights, by the way, they're high beams (if original). I brought mine back from Germany. I'm pretty sure I still have some phone numbers of people that could hook you up.
