I have decided to go ahead and get new konis for the front what exactly should i buy and from where? wil i need to buy new springs? or what and can i do the whole swap myself? i have taken struts out before, i ask about the spring because i have a used strut that i am not sure if the spring is the same as the konis that are on there.

I'd opt for adj. Konis, if you can still get them for your car, keeping the stock springs, which will let you retain your ride quality. Then if you needed more, going with sway bars.

that is what I want , the car has koni's on it, but the passenger one was bent so a used strut was put on, so it will need new struts on the front. Are the struts from paragon good? I want the best koni yellows i can get

The Koni Yellows are the same no matter where they come from, it isnt like someone is selling a "different" Koni Yellow.

They are not going to be built, you will need to build them. I am sure they will do it for you but there is a charge for it. AFAIK, you can send them in and they will build them for you. No one is going to sell you complete units.
For an early car you "unscrew" the housing take the old insert out and put the new one in, if you have a big enough set of channel locks it is about a 20 min per side venture.
