i need some suggustions!

Has anyone heard anything goood about Lindsey 3" mild steel exhaust? I'm thinking about purchasing the full system (3" Pipes, 3" cat, WG tie in, and a Flowmaster muffler)

Does it include the bung for the o2 sensor?

Does it bolt right up to the stock tubo?

Is there anything i should know before putting down several hundred dollars for it?

thanks,
Jamie

Its a great deal actually........

In your 86' your O2 is on the crossover....... You dont get that section... Just the testpipe and the catback exhaust.... everything from turbo dump pipe and back.

If you want to run wideband then you would need another bung a few inches after the dump pipe.

I went with SFR full 3" stainless exhaust great build quality but pretty expensive.

You will not go wrong with Lindseys exhaust..... It sounds pretty good I had a link to a sound clip somewhere???

Hey! I dunno about your exhaust, but are you gonna be in town tomorrow? I'm going to pick up that 951 tomorrow after work, and I might be able to swing by
Oh, and I'll be jealous of any full 3" exhaust, so hehe...

ae1969 what sensor is actually tied into the cat (is it a secondary O2 or temperature sensor)? I'm was about to install the 3" linsey system minus the cat, but now see some sort of sensor threaded into the side of the cat. Can that sensor simply be removed without harming the vehicle's operation?

Uhmmm on the CAT it must be a exhaust gas analyzer hole..... No need for that here in Emissions free Alberta. Just remove the CAT.

The 02 sensor on the turbos is on the crossover..... and the NA's have it just before the CAT ...
