Porsche Crest supercharger kit for sale

well I'm trying to sell the supercharger kit again. For $500 you get the supercharger, inercooler, the intake manifold and the brackets and stuff.

ya got any more literature on that kit?
how long have you had it and how many miles on that kit?
what kind of performance increase?
looks like a screw type blower, how much boost does it actually provide?

Why are you selling this kit? And do you have installation instructions?

Ahhh, I searched and learned this is the S2 kit, that makes sense why it hasn't sold.

No, it will work on the 8V as well. You'll need to do some intake work, but still, $500 for a S/C, intercooler, and parts?

Even if you have to mod the intake, that's a frickin steal. If I didn't have to buy a truck to get me around while I'm wrenching on the 944, I'd buy it right now.

No problem for me to adapt it to a 88na, I've got access to a machine shop to do any needed alterations.

too bad you have the na with high compression pistons...not very good for supercharging

and the S2 has knock sensors...which you will need

jm951, If you get this, since you got a word in before me, and you do indeed make the modifications to make it work on an 8v 944, I would be extremly interested in how it was done. this could be a very cheap way to make your own superchargers for the 944's because you can buy eaton blowers for cheap off ebay. If not, 944 freak I might be interested...

So its gonna be really funny when you spend another 400-800 dollars in fuel and timming controlers, first off the kit looks like it doesnt come with any software/electronic controles, You CANT just bolt it on without stuff like that, how are you gonna get more fuel for the air, THER IS NO WAY YOU AFM IS GONNA BE ABLE TO HANDLE THAT KINDA FLOW, time to switch to a MAF sensor. If you cant find a way for more fuel Your 944/924S will go so lean, EGT'S will be crazy and everything will melt. Buy a ARC2 fuel controler or somthing, Check out this web site for all the fun stuff you could ever need.

fast 924s is right on that. Without remapping the fuel system, your engine will blow for sure regardless of how little boost you run.
