Pesky Oil Leak - '87 924S

I have a pesky oil leak that drips from the power steering pump area and rots the passenger sway bar bushing. Here's what I've done so far.
All front cam and balance seals, bushings, and rollers
Front main oil seal
Cam tower gasket
Oil pressure sender, relief valve seal ring
Tighten all oil pan and oil cooler bolts to torque.
It's very slow and not a big problem, but I can't get it stopped and that's frustrating.
Here's an image (I hope) of the pump bracket area.
The only thing I haven't done that might be the culprit is to replace the oil cooler seals and housing gasket. Any thoughts or advice would be most appreciated. Thanks

Fast, AF
Thanks for the tips. I did the lower balance shaft o-ring, seal, and the clear plastic seal when I did the rest of the front seals. Of course I've done the front main twice before I got it to stop weeping.
In my case, the timing belt cover is completely dry inside and on the backside of the plastic cover. Would the balance shaft housing o-ring result in a leak outside the timing covers?

Thanks again for the help.

Is this an auto trans or a manual trans. Is the fluid pinkish/red or brown/black. If it is an auto trans, the cooler lines may be leaking, check where the rubber line is crimped onto the hard lines at the front corner just behind the upper cam cover. Just ran into that with mine. I replaced all the front seals, head gasket, oil cooler gaskets and checked power steering lines ( all dry ) . FOund the trans cooler lines sweating fluid when under a load and the pressure increased. I ran my hand under the lines and found a drip on the bottom. they wer easy to replace with fuel line and clamps. In hind sight, i believe there is an old service message for the hose that goes from the power steering resivoir to the pump leaking fluid ( updated hose style) . Check the clamps and hoses.

David,
It's a manual. The fluid is brown and without question, engine oil. Power steering, coolant, and brake fluids are leak free.
