lightweight 944 door panels
Just wondering, but does anyone know of a company that makes lightweight 944 door panels with pull straps, a la 911RS?
I checked all the usual parts suppliers, but didn't see anything.

Never seen any, Know a few people that put in 924 doors to lighten up the 944 - no power window, etc.
You could have a panel made easily enough, I think you would have to keep the door handle though. AFJuvat

Why do you want them CJ? If its to remove weight, just take of the panels and use the bit of wire that operates the handle...
Or do you want it to look good too? You could make one yourself easily enough, I think the armrest is probably the heaviest thing on there...

i'm just curious, that's all
i was sitting here looking through a Porsche parts catalog, and saw the flat RS-style door panels for the 911 - pull strap and all - and thought, "golly gee, that shore would be neato on a 944!"
