Start cutting. It's part of the unibody construction.

A sawzall with a metal blade works fine. I suggest you have the replacement parts in hand before you start to make sure you leave enough metal to weld the new parts on. Major bummer if you cut one inch too much!

There is, but it involves a saw as mentioned before. I have some good pics of the process, but I can't seem to find them right now..

The only pic I can find right now just shows the car with the new fender on, you can tell its a different color. Look at the 931 in the background behind the 951. I'll keep looking and see if I can find the pics showing the whole process.

Wolf man if you can dig those up, it would be a LIFE saver. As it stands now, ill be cutting away what part of the fender is hitting the wheel, and driving that way... as soon as I get a replacement wheel. Ill upload pictures in a few, and people can survey the damage.

Garage
You should first find a lawn chair. Get your favorite drink. Then sit yourself down, and direct your brother how and where to do the cutting.

if that 2nd picture was taken on the same day as the removal of the fender, then do a search for *.jpg created on (whatever day the others are)

If at all possible I would get a skilled body guy to repair the fender that's on the car.

Yes, if its repairable have it repaired!!!!!!!!!!!
Replacing an entire rear quarter is not as easy as it sounds, and not nearly as much fun as you might think.

Is that where the seam is supposed to be on the C-pillar?

Did you drill the spot welds and such out? Or, how did you remove it?
