This week stinks

I just brought my 944 to the shop to get the clutch replaced and I'm '44-less until Wednesday. And to make things worse my replacement car is an '89 Mistu Montero. I go from having a car that can corner like its on rails to a car that is know for being one of the worst for tipping over.

i second that this week stinks.
after an 8 month rebuild i get the 951 back toghether, everything is perfect - drives great.....oh but wait, there is a small water leak - and it's coming from the new water pump!

ugh, now i have to re-seal that which will only take a century.
aside from that i found out what is causing my dangerously high blood pressure - i have Renal artery stenosis (my main artery to my kidney is narrowing) so i win. life sucks right now - i'm way too young for this stuff to happen......now i have to go study for semester finals!

ok, i'm done ranting.

Yeeeeeeeshhh double bad week.

Are you sure the leak if from the water pump.?

..YOu are definitely to young for renal artery stenosis. Did they mention what percentage blockage you have? If its greater than 70%, stents could be used. Treatment is to aim for BP control, and restoration perfusion to that ischemic kidney. Both kidneys or just one?

I'm sorry to hear man, I guess this is one of those times where being a diabetic since 10 doesn't win.

I'm very sorry to hear this.

And I thought I'd win with my 944S catching on fire and burning...

This week evened out for me. I finally got my rotors, a nice set of Frozen Rotors. Man they look great. Can't wait to put em on...I might have it done tonight. Too bad I still have a flat...

While getting my rotors was awesome, I also didn't get into college, so that evened out how awesome it is to get my rotors.

Ah well, Bourbon Highball should put me back in the positive...

Things do go in cycles... last week I was ready to kill someone because my job sucked so bad. But then I got the sunroof fixed on the '44, my buddy found a part I have been looking for for my '55 coupe for months (and because he didn't pay for it, he's going to GIVE it to me?!?!?!?!) and I have a line on a new job.

Bad news is, if I get the new job I will have to sell a car, probably the '44, as I need the $$$ and the new position would have a company car. Oh well such is life.

Hey, another youngster with high blood pressure, mine's been dangerously high since I was 14, still haven't found the reason. At least you know why yours is high

That said, I remember the days without a 944 to drive... wait, those days are right now!
Damn...

Well, I hope to have mine going in 2-3 weeks, so you'll have yours first, enjoy it for the rest of us who can't drive ours right now
