Help with clutch fork
I was inspecting my clutch fork and found that On one side the neddle bearings where damaged and bad, This may have happend when I remove the pin that holds it in, Can those bearing be replaced or does the whole clutch fork need to be replaced?? Thanx for the help

They'll be in there tight.
I used a 1/2" drive socket, and it was just the perfect size to press the old bearings out. I supported the fork in the middle (so I didn't snap it), and hammered the old ones out. I took some fine emery paper to remove the corrosion inside the bores, put a light coat of bearing grease on the outside of the new ones, and a couple light taps with a hammer later, they were installed. Took about 5 minutes.

Or use sockets and use a vise to press them out and in. If you have a vise, that is. You have more even pressure and control with a vise.

I have a vace and I also have a small hydrolic press, So im sure I shouldnt have a problem
