The Mazda Rotary has dual plugs for a displacement of 1.3L

The Mazda rotory is a totally different best and runs dual ignition for a different reason. Infact the rotor ignition are timmed differently from one another do to the shape of the chamber and speed of the rotor, it would be to hard to get a full burn on a singal spark so they went dual

Why can't they race cars like that anymore? Beautiful, fast, demanding...

Must've been nice to race when it wasn't so damned expensive. Imagine, race tires that didn't cost hundreds of dollars a set and that lasted much longer than just one race.
