torque specifications

I'm having trouble searching for these values, because I don't even know the parts' names. In the rear suspension, the trailing arm connects to a plate, and that plate connects to the blade that extends from the torsion bar. What should the 3 bolts that connect the aluminum trailing arm to the plate (one is the eccentric that also connects to the rear sway bar) be torqued to? And then the 2 bolts that attach the plate to the torsion bar's blade one of which is the ride height adjusting eccentric, what should they be torqued to? And any help with terminology would be appreciated.
