83 not so good after o2 fix, why?

It seems like since i replaced my 02 sensor and put in unleaded gas for the first time in the tank, my car is not performing as well as it used to. I noticed it wont always idle around 900..sometimes it goes to 1100 and rests there. Sometimes when i start the car the idle will drop and i stall. Sometimes its fine. I also notice a bit of hesitance when accelerating, a bit of a studder sometimes...it feels like i press down on the gas and it slowly goes..then it jumps forward, like its stuck. Whats going on? Its an 83 5 spd 70k mi w/ a pretty recent tune up.

Heres another example. I drove the car to publix and parked. I came out 5 min later. I turned the key and it cranked for about 3 secs so i stopped and turned the key again and it started up. Then it idled around 600 or so kinda hard, the battery light flickered...like i was going to stall, then it fixed itself to 900, then went to 1100 and stayed there.

Today when i started the car up it got worse. It idled hard from 200-900 and squealed every time. Im guessing a belt problem? It goes away once i drive for a bit, but it screws up a lot in neutral. This problem went away but now its back. The squealing is new.
