Any offset issues? Did you need spacers?
|
Vern: Glad I could help! Although I still can't guarantee duration on this one, but I am confident that with screwing those tabs to the underside of the valance it'll hold. I won't try that until this one looks weak, tho.
Dana: The offsets are fine. Most people say you need a 1/4" spacer up front to clear the bearing dust caps, but some people have gotten by without it. These were put on by a previous owner and had the spacers, so I never bothered trying otherwise. BB. |
I couldn't attach a photo in the edit...
Here's an older profile picture of what it looks like with the wheels. I think they match the 944 very well. :) http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1180992749.jpg BB. |
BB, they look great on the 944! very nice car - one of the few red ones i'd ever consider owning. IIRC, it's not guards red is it, it's a darker shade. guards red makes me vomit.

Correct, it's a much darker red. It goes by two names: either "Crimson Red" (which is what I call it) or, I think, "Marichino Red" or something along those lines.
