Reverse glow guages.
I installed a set last weekend and they look great.
Took me all of like 2 hours to install, but that was because I painted the housing. I figured since I had it apart I would put a fresh coat of black paint. I primed it white first just to see what the whole cluster looked like the same color. I wasn't crazy about it so it went back to black. The install was pretty easy just pinch the needles off and put the faces on. routing the wires took a little finessing but again pretty easy. What I did find interesting was that it came with it's own on/off switch. When I assembled everything I turned the lights on the original lights illuminated but no reverse glow. So I hit the switch and they came on. I tried shorting the switch so that it stays on but that didn't work either. I kinda like it though because now I have two options. I'll post some pic's as soon as I get my new lens for the cluster.

There is a light for the center vents that I tapped into. The light was blown anyway so I just pulled it out.
