Radiator drain plug
I seem to have a small leak around the radiator drain plug. Do these plugs/seals ever go bad? I replaced the coolant, waterpump, seals and belts last summer so I'm wondering if maybe that little plastic plug needs to be replaced as well.

The plastic "plug" has an o-ring around it that does the sealing. Many try to stop the leak by tightening the plug. Just breaks it off.

Yup, snug is more than enough for those plugs.
If it's been over-tightened in the past, it could have damaged the O-ring. They're cheap to replace, and if you can tell for certain that the plug is leaking, try replacing it.
