Steering boot leaking?

The steering boots on my tie rods are both leaking. Is this normal? It appears to be coming out of a seam in the boot. Everytime I wipe the power steering fluid away, a new droplet appears. Is something leaking behind the boot causing the boot to fill up with power steering fluid? Help!

The seals are leaking on the steering rack. Its either time to get a new rack or get a rebuild kit and do it yourself.

+1 on the leaky steering rack. The bad news is that the rack and tie rods(if you can't reuse them) will set you back a little bit. The good news is that it can all be done with very basic tools, is not difficult to accomplish, and there is an excellent write up on Clark's Garage. Just to reemphasize something that it tells you in the write up, be VERY careful when you are bolting up the new rack. The cross member is aluminum, and it's super easy to cross thread the mounting bolts, ask me how I know. Best of Luck!

Thanks for the help guys, I looked over clarks garage while I was waiting for a reply from you guys so I'm familiar with the process. Hopefully I can get this done before my next auto-x.
