P/S Power window problem
I have a 1983 944, P/S window will only work off the passenger switch, drivers side switch worked up to when I pulled the door panels. I have tried good switches cleaned the wire connectors in the kick panels. Where should I start next? Does the mirror switch have anything to do with window operation? I know my mirror switch is bad.

I feel your pain - I know you have checked the switches but....... it's always the switches - try jumping them at door connectors being mindful of the internal pathways inside the switches - this should point out which switch it is - good luck

I have cleaned, and moved all the switches and used my extra switches. No go. I used my power probe also it like there is something stupid I'm over looking on the driver side. I just Don't get it worked til I removed the door panels

Just to be clear, when you say cleaned the switches did you take the switches apart and clean the contacts? My problems have always been inside the switches. They come apart easily.

The switches must be assembled in the correct orientation for them to work on passenger side.

true what edredas says - if you took switches apart they have to be put back together in the correct way - check your fuses - did the switch smoke at all - these switches are a joke - but not in the funny way - the power does go through the drivers side over to the pass. side so if pass. switch on drivers side is messed up pass side switch won't work
